Summit Entertainment has revealed its plans to possibly turn the fourth book, Breaking Dawn into two feature-length films - which could see us queuing like schoolgirls at the cinema for the next three years, at least.
After the phenomenal success of Twilight and New Moon, it's hardly a surprise that Summit is keen to make the most of the buzz that is surrounding the saga and the box office receipts that have come with it. But is it just a shameless milking of the cash cow or is Breaking Dawn simply too long to do justice in one film?
Either way, the question lies as to whether both New Moon director Chris Weitz and of course the cast will sign on for the extra film. Certainly a hefty pay rise will be on the cards for Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart if the plan goes ahead.
