STAR of the Twilight films franchise Robert Pattinson has reportedly become embroiled in a drug scandal involving bags of Twilight-themed heroin with pictures of the cast on them, reported entertainment media on Tuesday.

According to entertainment website TMZ, the drugs were seized in West Hempstead, Long Island in New York, and came in bags with cartoon pictures of Twilight characters, including Pattinson, on them.

DEA Special Agent Erin McKenzie-Mulvey told TMZ that the Twilight-themed drug bags have been gaining popularity over the last couple of months.

And New York Special Agent in Charge John Gilbride also told TMZ a dime bag of heroin in New York is cheaper than a six pack of beer.
